Reduction for Bed and Breakfast accommodation is 10%
Reduction for single use is 15%
Full Board accommodation is 20.00 Usd per person per day.
Family Room 2 rooms has a maximum occupancy of 2 adults + 2 adults/children.
Family Room 3 rooms has a maximum occupancy of 6 adults + lounge area.
Furthermore is possible to add Baby Cot in any room.
*Christmas dinner and New Year dinner are included in the rates.
“Half Board” services included in contact rate and extras.
Accommodation as booked according to contract.
Breakfast and dinner at main restaurant.
Afternoon tea and water are free of charge during meals.
Soft drinks free at meals
Soft drinks, wines, local beers, fresh juices, water, tea, american coffee and espresso are available in the living area upon payment.
Contnental Breakfast is served alternatively on the Villa's terrace or Main restaurant due to the occupancy from 07.30 am up to 11.30 am.
Tea Time is from 5.30 pm to 6.30 pm.
Dinner is served form 7.30 pm to 9.00 pm
Swimming pool, sun-beds, beach towels are provided free of charge.
Any case of damages and lost of keys and beach towels will be charged to the guests before check out.
Free internet wireless with coverage area on all the premises.
Free Tv access in TV room with international channels.
Small Bar area with international spirits and liquors.
Credit Card Facilities (accepted only Visa and Mastercard, no American Express).

Children Policy
Infants up to 2 years old are Free of Charge. Baby Cots available.
Check in / Check out
Check In time is up to 02.00 pm hours and Check Out time is 12.00 pm.
Early occupancy of rooms before indicated time is on request basis.
Late vacancy until 6.00 PM is on request basis and could be charged 50% upon availability.
Check out after 6.00 pm is charged one night room rate.
Everything consumed and facilities used after Check Out time will be charged normally.
Cancellation and no-show
From 15 days till 3 days before arrival 2 days contract rates will be charged.
From 2 days and no show 3 days contract rates will be charged.
From 23.12.2009 to 06.01.2010 100% will be charged.
