Villa Kiva was created due to a desire to escape from the cold winter days and the chaos of big city. The Villa is perfectly located in one of the most beautiful and breathtaking corners of the Zanzibar Island.

The Villa has a main core where you can find the lounge area, the restaurant, the TV room, and on the first floor, the Master Room.

Our Bungalows are fully independent. Each room is a double, with private bathroom, Veranda, fans and air condition. Internet Wi-fi is available free of charge everywhere in the Villa area.
